Leader and manager - or is there more?

We all make a distinction between manager and leader. I wonder if that is enough. But lately I start to wonder if there should be one more step added. For those how made it above the typical manager but are still not a leader. (And some never will be…)

to me there is one more!
First level: manager - an invidual responsible for managing a number of tasks/people towards clearly defined business goals
Second level: leader - an individual with a vision and the ability to inspire and motivate others towards the accomplishment of some predetermined business objectives
Next level: alchemist - an individual whose capabilities enable him to achieve what others thought was impossible to achieve…
