I really like Tip 2: Send a message to sir, madam, executive, president, chairman, senior officer, recruiter, or “to whom it may concern.” The job seekers has such limited time that he or she can’t find out about the recipient, yet the recipient is supposed to take the time to read the resume and help the person?
I get those all the time too…
