RIAA wins first-ever file-sharing case to go to trial, awarded $222,000

What really troubles me is this: RIAA plaintiffs weren’t required to show that Thomas had a file-sharing program installed on her machine or that she was even the person using the Kazaa account in question
Isn’t a major part of our judicial system that you are innocent until proven guilty?

It seems that the lines are getting really blurry here, right?
