The rules you have learned and grown up with change the moment you leave your hometown. And because everything has become part of your nature, often it’s hard to judge how different things have become.
When bad attitude was caused by something within the corporate culture, it’s only a matter of time before other employees develop a bad attitude, too. If a company has no standards to follow, its culture will seem inconsistent from the inside as well as the outside.
