"Frank's skill in asking the right questions is un-mistakable, and is at the core of his leadership philosophy.

The power of these questions cannot be underestimated, especially if you want to lead and not manage."

What are they scared of?

I find it very disturbing, that—after making Tillman a war hero—the military and White House let a month go by before admitting that their story was a hoax. A bad one! But until today nobody was willing to explain to the public what really happened and to uncover the whole truth.

Sure it will not help Tillman—but what about other cases which are similar?

And how many other cases are there?

Isn’t that what makes real leaders: Being willing to find out what happened, admitting mistakes and take the steps necessary to avoid those mistakes in the future? And taking responsibility?

That what it comes down to over and over again: The Bush administration does not show any leadership at all.

One might wonder if they actually do have any leadership skills. What do you think?

Isn’t it time that the Bush administration stops playing games with US and starts to get real?
