First, no one is ever given the authority to belittle and rob someone else of their dignity. The misperception of managment roles is that they are given more authority.... wrong. Even though someone can argue that point, that fact is that you are given more responsibility. Fortunately where I can work I don't have to put up with that nonsense.... but when I did, I defended those that were victims of such abuse and never was I victim, or anyone else for that matter.
