I wonder if the children of Nazi's were able to learn to adapt to cultures outside of the Nazi culture. Or What about the grandchildren of Nazi's? Of course they can. Anyone can improve just like anyone can get worse no matter how rich or poor they might start out. I do think the knowledge of how to make money helps people that have to make it again as its essentially a repeat and yes its tough to climb out of poverty but it is possible.
