Special Treatment?

You bet!

Remember:
Bill Plaschke from the Los Angeles Times:
Chicago Bears defensive lineman Johnson points the finger at everyone for his multiple run-ins with police and flat-out refuses to apologize

And now this:
Bears’ Johnson Gets 4 Months in Prison

Other criminals sure would not have been allowed to leave the state and take part in the Super Bowl. I sure enough am happy that my children are to young to understand that. But what in God’s name can I do in a few years down the road?

Do I really want those kind of role models?

Heck no!
Once again, the message many can see is: As long as you are famous or rich enough—crime does pay.

Wouldn’t you agree?

Reading the WP article - Tank could have gotten a year, but get’s out just in time for the pre-season.

So even with the jail time he is getting - he still is better off than a great many others with lesser crimes.

Sports has lost a lot of its attraction.

Because I value your thoughtful opinions, I encourage you to add them.
