Source code commenting - Answer

Isn’t it mazing how often comments are either contradicting the code, make no sense at all or just display limited skills of the developer? Instead of taking the time and understanding what is going on, way too often rush forward and leave a mess behind: “There is no time / we have no money. We do this later.”

A poor excuse for a poor decision.
