I was asked to bid on a project to pay out money to silent partners.
Excurse: A silent partner is a partner in a business who either provides money to help the business grow or can help to get contracts because of her professional position. Usually there are notarized contracts between the silent partner and the company in question.
It is obvious that giving money or other goods to a silent partner is not an easy task. Give too much and you might jeopardize the silent part; give too little and you might lose the partner.
Anyway—here the reply I got to my bid:
