Really More Jobs?

The Labor Department reports that despite a slight increase of the national unemployment rate the US Economy added 11,000 new jobs.

That would be good news—if not:

How can someone trust a Federal agency or their system that get’s data messed up that much?

How important are those number anyway? Is there any indication that naming these numbers and correcting them has a positive influence on the job market?

Is the Economics going uphill or downhill?
