Negotiating is a learned skill. No one is born a skilled negotiator. You may have the looks, personality, tenacity etc, but the skill of negotiating is learned.

Do you agree?

   I’d say that it’s a learned skill. My psych classes back in college (and this was a while ago) gave me the impression that children have to come to grips with the fact that the universe doesn’t bend to their will on a whim - not exactly the position a good negotiator would take.
