		<description>Hi Frank,

to me there is one more!

First level: manager - an invidual responsible for managing a number of tasks/people towards clearly defined business goals

Second level: leader - an individual with a vision and the ability to inspire and motivate others towards the accomplishment of some predetermined business objectives

Next level: alchemist - an individual whose capabilities enable him to achieve what others thought was impossible to achieve...

All the best,
Chris</description>
