I think that is a darn lame excuse. There are thousands of trials against very sick people; some of them die during the trail. What does that have to do with anything?

That came a few months after the big scandal and a rather useless trial against the managers that were involved in the takeover of Mannesmann by Vodafone - making a handful of managers some 24 Mio Euro.</description>
