Is the house bubble bursting?

© Copyright Frank D. Kanu 2000-2008

This month 19,000 Floridians lost their houses; the highest in the country.

While some mortgage companies made it way to easy for people to get a mortgage—there are a great many that do not understand
  1. How to manage their finances
  2. What the fine print of the mortgage contract really means

Many trapped themselves with variable interest rates…

But there is a second problem arising: The demand for rental property is increasing and so are the prices for rental property—because there isn’t enough… And those increased prices lead to many not being able to afford renting anymore—like many can’t afford their mortgages anymore. Will the bursting housing bubble lead to a burst in numbers of homeless people? Florida like many other states has an increasing problem with homeless. And action like the tent cutting in St. Petersburg have proven that some politicians are headless and idiotic in their actions.

Do you teach your children how to manage their finances?

Can the US economics handle a bursting house bubble?

Can the global economics?
