"Frank's skill in asking the right questions is un-mistakable, and is at the core of his leadership philosophy.

The power of these questions cannot be underestimated, especially if you want to lead and not manage."

Is knowing the bad good enough?

You can find a great many definitions of what a good leader should do or how she should be. Why so many? Because we all have different opinions, values, ethics, …

To avoid this obvious short come some start but defining what makes a bad leader. Is that good enough?

See—now you have the definition of a bad leader. But is everyone who is not a bad leader automatically a good leader? Or a leader at all?

All those definitions have to change with changing times. Do they? And are you going to name someone you recognized as a good leader a bad one—years down the road?

How do you define a leader? Good or bad?
