Interview nightmare

There was a new compiler out and Object Oriented Programming was something most programmers hadn’t heard of. The company I run needed a new programmer, so I sat down with a VP, we put together a few questions that would help us to find the right person.

Then we posted the job and started interviewing people.

This guy comes in, and the VP And I start the interview with telling the candidate that we had prepared a few questions we like him to answer.

He looks at us with big eyes and says: “I don’t do this kind of shit”; get’s up and leaves…
