Is this already an illegal link? After all I am not linking directly to their homepage…
Verizon Wireless does the same (to avoid legal trouble—I am not linking to their page).
Now we all know that these is some lawyers talking (and the question if this will stand in a court remains open)—but what happened to the Internet being a place where linking was encouraged? And what about a consumer who has a complaint about the service of those companies?
