Getty was showing an efficiency expert around his offices. The expert pointed out one fellow sitting with his feet on a desk looking out a window.
The expert: see that fellow - he is wasting his salary day dreaming - get rid of him
Getty: Leave him alone, that fellow once came up with an idea that has already saved me over a million dollars. If he does nothing else for the rest of his life - he has paid for himself.
