“I Didn’t Want Them To Move The Whole City!”

A friend of mine is going to move from FL to St. Louis, MO. So she requested quotes from a few companies—trying to find the best deal for herself.

The most outstanding answer she got was:

We are sorry, but at this time we do not provide moves to Montana.

My friends asked for clarification—after all, St Louis,MO isn’t in Montana…

Surprised that she never heard back that company?

What do you think about the customer service that confuses MO and MT—especially at a moving company?
