How valuable is your time?

My phone rings; some company on the line. They already left me voice mails with background music. What a nice way to “win” a customer!
So anyway, the lady tells me they sent me some stuff. I say: “I am not interested.” That doesn’t bother her and she keeps on talking. Rather annoyed that my decline wasn’t good enough I tell her: “I have no time.”
That’s when she tells me that it only takes 30 seconds.
Does it mean 30 seconds of my time are to no value for me? Isn’t it funny how often people value our time? It will only take… And what if it takes more? And what about the time you loose because you lost your thought?
What do you think? — If you have the time

Do you tell others it only takes a few seconds?
Or do you ask first: “Do you have some time?” It seems to me that the later question really has become a dinosaur. What do you think? — If you have the time
