Grafitti=Violence?

Some of the communities in the Triad area (NC) consider a teenager curfew; the hope is that teenager will then behave more appropriate. (Whatever that will be. After all, the elderly have always considered the youth to be of much of this or that… There are times when I wonder why some folks are so eager to slow down the youth-they were young again and did their share of annoying others.)
Anyway, according to the local news, the curfew is considered to “Stop Graffiti and other violence”
Wow!
How can children learn a correct language when TV And radio are full of crap. And I am only talking about the news and sports—ignoring the rest…
How about this: Instead of a curfew—we start teaching proper language and communication. Wouldn’t you agree that that will solve at least a few of the issues with the “rotten youth”?

Have you ever heard of graffiti being violent?
Now, I am not saying that gangs use Graffiti and get violent to protect theirs, but what annoys me is how much the news anchors rape their native tongue.How can children learn a correct language when TV And radio are full of crap. And I am only talking about the news and sports—ignoring the rest…
