A friend of mine gets her schoolbooks shipped from FedEx (my friend can’t choose the shipping company—making this so much more annoying). The past two shipments have not been delivered to her door, but to the main office of the community my friend lives in. Mind you, the office has no permission to receive shipments, nor has the driver ever tried to deliver directly (my friend visits an online school and is at home all day). In both cases she called FedEx and was promised to be called back. Nothing happened…
Last week FedEx delivered somewhere—my friend does not know where—and as before FedEx failed to call back.
