A company was able to get a new customer. The biggest one they ever got. In all their excitement they overlooked that this customer was not right for them. They had been busy to make them a customer—never a good idea. Anyway, to be able to serve this customer, they had to change their product.

The company failed to listen to what the customer needed and what the inhouse team said they could do. Look around you, a rather common situation, right? We all want others to not only listen to us, but also hear and understand us.Do you listen? And hear?
