Discussions

Recently I witnessed how a group got into arguments over the involvement of leaders during a discussion. For me there are two important questions to be answered:

1. Would you consider a leader that raises her voice and effectively brings the discussion to a halt still a leader?

2. On the other hand - how much input of a leader is needed to either keep the discussion running or get the results need from that discussion?
