Just read this wonderful article about a teacher using Time on the sofa for good behavior to award her students.

Isn’t it amazing how little effort it takes to motivate people and make them perform better?

But how often do you see companies where deadlines are almost approaching and the awards for the employees are not even a warm handshake but a “Well, that saved your job - for now!” …

Think these employees perform best?
