"Frank's skill in asking the right questions is un-mistakable, and is at the core of his leadership philosophy.

The power of these questions cannot be underestimated, especially if you want to lead and not manage."

A story often told to show proper run a team is the one about the single dad who feel in love with the single mom. They moved together and things started to fall apart. That’s when they had a family meeting and the dad said:
“How about if we all come up with ideas for working as a team? And let’s agree on the best ideas for us to go forward as a happy family that has lots of fun together along the way.”
The moral of the story is that he turned the family around within hours.

Now imagine
  • They do not want to change. Then what?

  • They change to the worst. Now what?
