Easily done, yet very colorful!
Get one bell pepper—red, green or yellow.
Clean it, dice it and fry it for a few minutes in hot olive oil. Then add some sugar, salt and pepper. Add around half a cup of whipping cream and let it simmer for twenty to thirty minutes.
Blend it and you have a wonderful tasting and very colorful sauce.
