There does not seem to be a basis for decision.
My idea is no better, but may present another viewpoint for finding a solution.

commenting like that on a book you have not read says a lot.
Maybe you should have taken the time to either read the comments above - or, even so apparently unthinkable - to read the book.
Don’t get me wrong - I do not mind people disliking my book, but being impolite and unprofessional - something one would not expect from a CIO - a person who claims to be a manger/leader.
Best regards,
Frank

From your reponse I can tell you are probably a real joy to work for.
I, like you, will make an uninformed assumption and go a little further to say that most people with your attitude and style of authoritarian leadership are managers and not leaders.
I can also see what type of of manager you are, since you are making a comment about a book you have never read in the manner in which you have.
Bottom line is, with your attitude you are not a leader, but a manager of people and things. So please do not distort the word leadership by applying it to the way you manage.

I missed your comments but by this time you’ve realised your book is worthless. It might be good for starting a fire

I just pointed out to Frank that your first comment was almost two years ago.
Makes me wonder what you do for a living…
