Better without a boss?

A few months ago a company in Belgium did lay off the management team. Since then the struggling company has recovered and is now making a small profit.

All without a new management team.

Can you imagine working without a boss?

Would you?

What would you do?

Whoa! Would you care to give a little more info on this or point me in the direction of a detailed news item. This I have to find out for myself.

That’d be so cool. Now, to think what I’d do in my current job without a boss… lot’s and lots of stuff that I dare not mention here.

Because I value your thoughtful opinions, I encourage you to add them.
