		<description>For most people yes yet the foolishness has been widely proclaimed for years.

I'd be interested in knowing the history but I suspect blame is inherent in humans.

Go back in time, didn't people blame misfortune on not worshiping the Gods well enough, failing to sacrifice. Seems to me there is more to it: If you don't do this, the Gods will punish you, to me a rather power and control matter. You didn't do X so I blame you. A guilt trip is close by.

Turning to current times we have couches of therapists trying to get people out of self blame, raising self esteem. Then what? If they succeed the person is confident enough to start blaming others, who get their esteem dented, start blaming themselves and have to turn to the couch.

You see blame is a circular matter, blame breeding blame.

Then there is the matter of the dreaded win-win. I think that is just blinker-blinker, see no loss. It might be good for all yet it's a good idea to look, might be hurting others and they can only blame themselves, can't they? Attitude problem and selfishness in there.

See it? See what I am blaming?

The human mind... mine is perfect of course, not my fault if you cannot see.

Fear, fear of falling into the abyss. Push it away. Losing control.

Yes I am slightly tongue in cheek.

Sometimes blame is correctly placed and the trouble is the word, is loaded with emotion. (guilt trip time)

Let's see what one of my thunking places has to say
&lt;a href="http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?search=blame&#38;searchmode=none" rel="nofollow"&gt;Origin of blame&lt;/a&gt;

What a strange world, sidetracked there Frank to this gem about you: -
