Not Guilty . . . ?

Former astronaut Lisa Nowak has made the headlines before—with her bizarre attempt to get rid of a rival.
Now she is pleading “Not guilty”.
She probably also thinks the other woman should be arrested and put in jail instead of her, right?
But what really bothers me is how many lawyers don’t seem to act in the interest of their clients anymore. Would you as a lawyer not tell Lisa that she is wrong? That her chances of not found guilty are close to zero? But then—after the micromanaging within the Department of Justice—I really shouldn’t be surprised anymore, right?
