Throwing together a few folks with good reputation isn’t leading but asking for disaster. A leader understands how to use the different personalities to generate more value.

Very often you will hear the request that a follower should also provide the solution when reporting about a problem.But think about it, if the follower already has the solution—who is the leader?
Remember: A chain is never stronger than the weakest link.
