"Frank's skill in asking the right questions is un-mistakable, and is at the core of his leadership philosophy.

The power of these questions cannot be underestimated, especially if you want to lead and not manage."

Benefited?

Everyone talks about the Microsoft offer to buy Yahoo; very much to the pleasure of the oil companies from all over the world.

They manage to increase profits no matter what:(Doesn’t the use of the word benefited seems very misplaced?)

At the same time talks about recession increase and people struggle to heat their homes.

Have you seen any oil company offering to pay back to those that barely can afford buying their products?

What happened to the thinking that companies have a moral and ethical obligation towards their customers?

Arrogance precedes the descend.

German proverb
